{Seniors} Emma S.

Emma comes to me as a referral from one of last year's seniors...Thanks, Lindsey!

We broke Emma's session up into two parts, mostly because of time and scheduling restraints, but also because she wanted some pictures in the pool, and we were somewhat limited as far as what times the pool was available.

So part one of Emma's senior session took me into the pool (NOT literally though, thank goodness!!)

Don't you just love this eyelash shot?!?!! The smooth swim cap, shiny goggles, the muted out school logo, and those gorgeous details in the eyelashes...<swoon!>

Believe it or not, this last picture was taken in the shallow end of the pool. Thanks to photoshop, I'm was able to "black out" the background and make this look like it was shot in studio. I love the pose, and the contrast in this picture!

I'm absolutely pleased with the variety of shots we were able do in a short time. Color balance and lighting is sometimes difficult in a pool or a gym, but the bright windows certainly helped make these pictures great.

{Seniors} Jenna A.

Jenna A. called me as a referral from another client of mine. We had originally scheduled our session for last week, but Mother Nature had other plans, namely rain, and we had to reschedule for this week. As it turns out, we couldn't be luckier! Gorgeous weather and beautiful light!

Our session was quick- maybe about 90 minutes...but Jenna brought three great outfits, some of her own ideas for poses, and an open mind to doing a little bit of climbing on rocks, climbing into gardens, and even a little wading in the stream!!

{Seniors} Maddi W.

I could hardly contain my excitement when Maddi's mom called me to schedule her senior pictures. I did Maddi's older sister, Ashley's senior pictures when she was graduating, and I'm absolutely thrilled to have repeat customers!

Maddi is, of course, beautiful! She introduced me to this amazing location, and had scouted her favorite spots before our session.

She picked great outfits too...a bright bold outfit...

a warm dark red sweater,

and a couple great scarves. This pup was definitely my favorite prop though! Look at that smile!
