Introducing another outstanding senior from the class of 2023! Meet Logan L., Jackson High School Class of 2023!

Logan is another younger sibling of a former senior, and I am so blessed to have clients who continue to trust me with all their photography sessions! I love his mom Tiffany, and older brother (a fellow Buckeye!!) and so it was no surprise that Logan would be a great senior to welcome to my 2023 line-up!

When Logan filled out his client questionnaire, his requests were natural settings- parks, brush fields, lakes and woods. Can you guess what his hobbies are?

If you guessed anything outdoors, you would be right!

We spent Logan's session at Tam O'Shanter Park and Sippo Lake Nature Preserve. I'll admit, I was a little nervous because both locations are outdoors, park-like settings, and finding ways to make each location unique and different would be a challenge. But if you know me......I'm always up for a challenge!

Tam O'Shanter Park offers some structures that other parks don't have. There's a great (long) white fence and a white building with tall columns and black shutters, tall grass, and windows. These make Tam O'Shanter very versatile.

I have never shot a senior session at Sippo Lake Nature Preserve, but I did scout this location and felt like it was a winner based on Logan's interests.

The fall leaves paint a beautiful backdrop, and the lake has some really beautiful open areas with lilypads and views of the sunset.

There is also a building with steps and a wall with some ivy, which provide some visual interest.

Logan's career goals include being an entrepreneur and starting a small business of his own. I'm here for it! I love hearing about young people with big plans and hope he finds all the success he's dreaming about!

It's time to feature another senior on Jennifer Norch Photography, and this week I've got a great one for you!

Let me introduce you to Cody D., Jackson High School Class of 2023!

Cody comes to me as a sibling of an older brother who I photographed a couple of years ago. He is also a classmate and former teammate of my own senior. It's always fun working with siblings of families I have photographed before, and photographing classmates of my own kids. There is so much talent and personality in these young people, and I walk away from these sessions feeling so renewed and energized about the future of our world!

Cody and his mom, Julie, and I had a great time exploring downtown Canton and finding some local photography hot spots, and chasing this beautiful light.

We finished our session at the soccer stadium. Cody is a team captain for this year's Varsity team, and it was fun to remember cheering for Cody from my son's soccer playing days. There have been so many accomplishments for this class of 2023!

I had a great time working with you, Cody! I enjoyed our senior picture session, and I hope you enjoy your senior pictures! Much success in your future!!

I am so excited to start off the Class of 2023 senior photography season with a young lady who has grown up just down the street from me. I've watched her grow from a sweet blonde haired neighborhood friend to a beautiful and talented young lady full of dreams and aspirations. I was fortunate to take senior pictures of both of her older brothers, but this is truly a blessing to take Natalie's senior pictures because she's in Dillon's graduating class and has grown up right alongside him!

So, without further ado.....Meet Natalie B., senior Class of 2023, Jackson High School!

Isn't she a total showstopper?? Sweet little Natalie is all grown up and looking pretty as ever!

Natalie booked her session a little while ago, and said she wanted to do some downtown / urban feeling pictures, some in a more nature / field area, and then she surprised me with a request for some sunflower field pictures!

Our first location was downtown. Natalie picked the perfect outfit to compliment the great gritty feel of downtown- concrete, chipping paint, and street murals begs for ripped jeans, and Natalie delivered!

There are so many fun photo spots downtown, and narrowing it down to 4 (or 5) is not easy! To be honest, Natalie would have looked amazing at every location!

After we lit up the city streets, we headed to a nearby park. We were able to showcase this adorable dress Natalie found that checks every box when it comes to choosing a senior picture outfit!

We found a great field with beautiful setting sun that made these trees absolutely glow with golden hour light. I could go on and on about how beautiful the light was, but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves....

And finally we capped off our session with a quick trip to a nearby sunflower field. The field was just FULL of sunflowers and is absolutely aglow with beautiful yellow radiance.

It was a great first session for the class of 2023, and I couldn't imagine a better model or better locations to kick off this senior class! Congratulations Natalie! I look forward to celebrating your senior year with you, and following along with all your accomplishments and successes this year and in the future!
