After numerous requests and popular demand, I've decided to offer Christmas Mini Sessions this year!

This year's mini sessions are on a beautiful Headboard Backdrop (from BabyDreams....squeeaaalll!!!) with some really fun props. There's pillows and throws, storybooks, cookies, (faux) hot cocoa, and more to add to your Christmas story and make some perfect pictures for your Christmas card or holiday gift-giving! And did I mention how much I L-O-V-E BabyDreams Backdrops? They come alive with their beautiful light and fashionable styling. Look at those beautiful glowy lights and candles. Don't you think this is so lovely?!?!??

The cost of mini sessions is $100, are about 30 minutes long, and includes 8 digital files. You will be able to download your files and print them to use as gifts or make holiday cards. These pictures are beautiful enough for all your Christmas decorating needs, but I also try to include pictures in your gallery that can be displayed year round.

These sessions are perfect for your family, your kids, even your pets! Bring your (socially distant) family unit here for a fun (and safe) photo session!!

I have created many session dates and times to accommodate everyone's needs, especially given these special coronavirus circumstances. Visit my Book Now page to choose a date and time for your session. If you need a date or time that isn't listed, please contact me and I will try to accommodate your scheduling needs.

I look forward to scheduling your session today!

The class of 2021 Senior Picture season continues with my latest friend...meet Madison H.!

Madison is a senior at Hoover High School. She comes to me as a referral from several clients, and during our session, she mentioned she is related to another former client! It's a small, small world!

Our session started at Glamorgan Castle in Alliance. Our weather was definitely not the best- Mother Nature was on the verge of rain all evening, overcast and dreary skies.

But what we lacked for in skies Madison completely made up for with her radiant smile!

I really love this location, and Madison's pictures show that you don't need something extravagant to get amazing pictures. We chose some different areas on the property and Madison looked amazing!

After exploring the castle grounds, we ventured over to a nearby alley with some great brick walls, fences, and ivy. Look at this beautiful dark greenery with pops of purplish-red! Isn't autumn (and Madison!) simply stunning?!

Madison's activities in school include cross country. Although she's not 100% sure of what her future holds, she is thinking about a career as a pharmacist. I'm sure she'll do wonderful with whatever she chooses!

Our next stop was downtown Alliance. I know...it sounds pretty underwhelming, but I love some city sidewalks, and Madison has a way of making Alliance look stunning! Look at her confidence and beauty!!

Our last location required a second shoot to capture some more beautiful sunlight and sunset. Who doesn't love a wildflower field at sunset?

And just as the sunset over the trees, we caught this beautiful silhouette.

I love silhouettes, and think they fit well with the closing of one chapter and starting of another chapter for seniors!! And it fits well as a close to this blog post!!

Madison, I hope you love your pictures! I am working on finishing your gallery and hope to have final proofs to you in the coming weeks. Until then, enjoy this sneak peek!!

Beautiful. Natural. Fun-loving. Unique. Just a few words that come to mind when I think of my latest senior.

Meet Emma G.!

Emma's parents are family friends of mine, and I'm lucky to have her entire family in my life. Emma's mom requested a special picture of Emma with her baby picture...

But just in case that wasn't enough, I'm throwing this picture into this sneak peek for fun!

She is as beautiful now as she was then! (But I'm happy to say she's gone a little lighter on the blush!)

Emma plans on attending college in the fall, and thinks she might like to study psychology. She's looking a few of the colleges Kennedy is considering, so it might be fun for both girls to have a friend from home on campus!

I can tell you she's a beautiful girl, but I think I'll just let you see for yourself...

She's a lover of big bows, music, swimming, and the great outdoors. Emma serves as a camp counselor at Camp Tippecanoe, and I know they are incredibly lucky to have her on their team.

Oh, and about that love of music- she's a self taught ukelelist...or ukeleleist...or Minimoquattrochordist, depending on which internet source you trust.

She's got a song in her heart and a smile on her face, and I don't think she'd have it any other way!

And speaking of musical instruments....she has even more musical ability. 10 bonus points to the first person who can name this instrument...

I'll give you a hint- it's inspired from the Legend of Zelda. I'll post the answer at the bottom of my blog post.

While you're wracking your brain with the "Name that Instrument" game, I'll keep posting some pictures...

I think you can really see her fun-loving beautiful spirit showcased in her session!

I had a delightful time catching up with Emma and her mom, sharing the fun of our daughters' senior years, and remembering some other fun memories we've shared way back when we were young.

I can't wait to see what the future holds for you, Emma! I hope it's full of opportunity and fulfillment!

Keep smilin', girl!

PS- that instrument....an OCARINA!
